We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, such as your email address. We also collect data about your projects, materials, and time tracking sessions as part of the core functionality of Artworthy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect primarily to provide, maintain, and improve our services. Your time tracking data and project details are stored securely and are private to your account; nobody else can browse them, and we only access them to operate the service or when you ask for help. We use this data to calculate your project costs and provide analytics on your painting sessions.

3. Data Storage and Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Your data is stored securely using our cloud infrastructure providers and is protected by database row-level security policies to ensure strict privacy and isolation of your account data.

4. AI Features and Third-Party Processors

Some optional features use third-party AI services. When you choose to generate an artist statement, caption, or project summary, the name, description, notes, and session notes of that project are sent to an AI model provider via OpenRouter to produce the text. When you choose to research market prices, only general attributes of the piece (medium, surface, approximate size, and currency) are sent, never your notes or images. We do not send your data to these providers unless you trigger one of these features, and we do not use it to train AI models. Your images and time-tracking data are stored with our infrastructure provider, Supabase.

5. Your Data

You can edit or delete your projects, sessions, materials, and images at any time from within the app. If you would like a copy of your data or want your account and all associated data permanently deleted, please contact us and we will take care of it promptly.
